Dr. Stone is an expert in CBT for insomnia and skillfully guides people through the challenges of behavioral sleep treatment. She also helps couples find their way out of conflict and towards connection. She can be a caring leader at difficult times in people’s lives.
Dr. Stone holds her Sleep Clinic via telehealth appointments ONLY on Monday's and Tuesday's from 8am - 2pm. If you are scheduled for an intake with Dr. Stone for behavioral sleep treatment, there will be important information and forms to complete PRIOR to your first appointment. Please make sure your account with the patient portal is active and you read messages from Dr. Stone prior to the intake evaluation.
Dr. Stone holds her Couples Clinic via in-office appointments ONLY on Wednesday's from 8 am to 6pm.
