About Location

Our North Kingstown location is located in the beautiful Meadows Office Park, on the third floor of Building E. The park is located down a long driveway next to the Bank Rhode Island on Ten Rod Road. After you turn down the road to the right, our building is on the left. There is plenty of parking on both the upper and lower levels. Our receptionist is located in Suite 302. You can help yourself to coffee or water in any of the waiting rooms.

Our model is to hire “rock stars” – clinicians who are incredibly personable and also offer proven treatment strategies to help you surge towards your goals. We think you will agree that the multidisciplinary team in North Kingstown meets this standard.

Insurances Accepted

We accept most major insurances including: Blue Cross, Optum, Tufts, Aetna, and Medicare. We do not accept state Medicaid. For insurances we don’t accept, we will help you submit claims to your carrier for potential reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits.
