Rebecca (she/her/hers) specializes in working with college students and young adults. Using a strengths-based approach, she practices from an interpersonal process and cognitive behavioral framework and often incorporates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Rebecca values collaboration and maintains a warm, non-judgmental atmosphere to foster an inclusive and supportive environment. She offers her clients an outlet to process their concerns and balances this with active problem solving to help them effectively achieve their goals. Rebecca provides a sex-positive, LGBTQ+ affirming, and kink allied space for all. She believes people are experts in their lived experiences and views the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for change.
