Over time we will provide a number of tools to aid in the treatment and consultation process. One tool we have developed is the RI•CBT Session Preparation Worksheet. This worksheet will help you to track your progress and to clarify what you would like to work on in session. Please click on the link below to access it. You may either print it out and fill it in by hand or type it out on your computer. There are also copies available in the waiting room at the Center. Another Tool is The RICBT Visions and Goals Worksheet. This will help you to clarify your long-term and shorter-term goals for therapy and life. Writing out your goals and visions for yourself can be dramatically more helpful than keeping them vaguely in your mind.
