Clinicians

Dr. McGlinchey received his B.A. from Boston College, magna cum laude, and his doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Washington. He completed his internship at the Veteran's Administration Mental Health Care System of Maryland. He completed his postdoctoral training in clinical psychology at Brown University. He is currently Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavior at Brown University. He joined RICBT, Inc. after several years as a staff psychologist at Rhode Island Hospital. Dr. McGlinchey specializes in treating depression and anxiety disorders, and has tremendous experience in diagnostic assessment. He is an incredibly warm and passionate clinician.
